Joanne and I cruised around Maui for a few days around Christmas, after an exhausting effort arranging a family gathering in Honolulu. It's a place that more or less speaks for itself, and it's not hard to make nice images by simply poking the lens out a car window and firing away. It's a place with many clouds and a lot of rain, but also a lot of sunshine (frequently at the same time), which makes for some interesting shots. We even spent two very chill days in a guest bedroom and a small porch that we shared with a chicken. This chicken shared some stuff with us too (see photos).
